Acceptable Use Policy

Effective November 8, 20264 min readTAKE OVER ALL LLC

In short

Do not use our website — or any system, software or service we build, host or operate for you — for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive. That includes attacking or overloading systems, scraping, spam, malware, infringing other people's rights, evading sanctions, and using AI in ways that deceive, discriminate or surveil people unlawfully. We can suspend access that breaks these rules.

This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.

Questions? support@takeoverall.com

#1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses:

  • the website takeoverall.com (the "Website"); and
  • any software, system, platform, AI assistant, automation, integration or hosting environment that TAKE OVER ALL LLC ("we", "us") builds, provides, hosts or operates for a client (the "Services").

It forms part of our Terms of Use and our Client Terms of Engagement. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their personnel, contractors and end users comply with this AUP when using the Services.

#2. Illegal, harmful and fraudulent activity

You may not use the Website or the Services to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation, or encourage or help anyone else do so;
  • engage in fraud, phishing, scams, pyramid schemes or other deceptive practices;
  • infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person;
  • collect, process or disclose personal data without a lawful basis, adequate notice or required consent, or in breach of data-protection laws such as the GDPR, KVKK or U.S. state privacy laws;
  • create, store or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any content that exploits or endangers minors — such content will be reported to the competent authorities;
  • promote or facilitate violence, terrorism, human trafficking or the sale of illegal goods or services;
  • harass, threaten, defame or intimidate anyone, or distribute hateful content that targets people on the basis of protected characteristics;
  • violate export control or economic sanctions laws, including by providing access to sanctioned persons or territories.

#3. Security and integrity

You may not:

  • access, probe, scan or test any system, account or network without authorization, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or other security controls;
  • introduce or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware or other harmful code;
  • conduct denial-of-service attacks, flood systems with traffic or otherwise impose an unreasonable load;
  • intercept, monitor or modify data or communications you are not authorized to access;
  • use the Services to mine cryptocurrency, operate open proxies or relays, or host content for unrelated third parties without our written consent;
  • share access credentials provided to you, or use credentials belonging to someone else.

Authorized security research on systems we operate requires our prior written permission. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly to support@takeoverall.com.

#4. Messaging and communications

You may not use the Website or the Services (including email, WhatsApp, SMS or other messaging automations we build) to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, to send messages without the consent required by law (for example under the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA, the EU ePrivacy rules, Turkish Law No. 6563 on electronic commerce, or the terms of the messaging platform), to spoof sender identity, or to evade platform rules on messaging volume and content.

#5. Artificial intelligence

When using AI features, assistants or automations we build or operate, you may not:

  • present AI-generated content or interactions as coming from a human where disclosure is required by law or where the omission would be deceptive;
  • create or distribute deceptive synthetic media (deepfakes) of real people without their consent;
  • use AI to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (for example in employment, credit, housing, insurance or education) without the human review, notices and safeguards required by applicable law;
  • use AI for unlawful surveillance, social scoring, biometric categorization or emotion recognition in contexts where the law prohibits it;
  • discriminate unlawfully against individuals or groups;
  • generate content that facilitates weapons capable of mass casualties, malicious code or other serious harm;
  • breach the usage policies of the underlying AI model providers.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them; see our Disclaimer.

#6. Scraping and automated access to the Website

You may not use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access or copy the Website or its content, or use its content to train or evaluate machine-learning models, except for search engines complying with our robots.txt.

#7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached or to prevent harm, we may remove content, block traffic, or suspend or restrict access to the Website or affected Services, where practicable after notice and an opportunity to cure. In urgent cases (for example an active attack, illegal content or a serious security risk) we may act immediately. We may report violations to law enforcement and cooperate with lawful investigations. Suspension under this AUP does not relieve a client of payment obligations under its agreement.

#8. Reporting

Report violations of this AUP to support@takeoverall.com with the subject "AUP report", including as much detail as possible.

#9. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes affecting active Services will be notified to clients in advance where practicable.
